I've spent my career in the rooms where deals get made — negotiating contracts, clearing rights, and structuring agreements for some of the biggest names in advertising and entertainment.
And often, I was the only one in that room who looked like me. No one there to represent me, no one who'd walked in as I had. So I taught myself — I earned my paralegal certification not because anyone required it, but because I refused to operate at anything less than mastery. If no one in the room was going to have my back, I'd become someone who couldn't be caught unprepared.
That's who The Ambroise Collective is for. The emerging talent handed a contract they can't decode. The advocate asked to work for exposure. The first-time founder who can't tell if a deal is fair — because no one in the room is on their side. I know that room. I sat in it alone. Now I want to be the person I never had — for everyone still sitting there.
The Ambroise Collective exists because I got tired of watching talented people sign away their power simply because no one in their corner spoke the language.
